영덕업사이클링아트페스타는 2021년􅠺영덕생활문화센터와􅠺함께􅠺덕곡천을

꾸미기􅠺시작한􅠺것을􅠺계기로􅠺시작하였습니다. 현재의􅠺아름다운􅠺자연환경
그대로􅠺영덕을􅠺지키고, 모든􅠺주민들이􅠺함께􅠺업사이클링􅠺작품을􅠺만들며􅠺지속
가능한􅠺환경을􅠺만들기􅠺위해 노력하고􅠺있습니다.
􅡩􅡧􅡩􅡪년까지􅠺축제는􅠺영덕의􅠺바다와􅠺연결을􅠺상징하는􅠺메시지를􅠺담은
이미지를􅠺활용􅠺하였습니다. 2024년부터􅠺포스터도􅠺지역주민과􅠺함께􅠺만드는
싱글벙글􅠺포스터􅠺콘테스트를􅠺시작하여􅠺올해도􅠺이어가고􅠺있습니다.
